Parimatch account security

Your login protects your balance, your verification documents and your betting history. Use a strong password, check every login page before you type into it, and end sessions on devices other people can pick up.

LOGIN BASICS

How the login works

The login is the gate to the account, so handle it with the same care you give a bank login. The password rule below is the one the help centre describes; the rest is general security advice.

  • Use the official address

Type the operator's address yourself or open a bookmark you made. A login page reached through a message can be a copy built to collect your details.

  • Know the password rules

The password must have at least 8 characters, including a lowercase Latin letter, an uppercase Latin letter and a number.

  • Keep your phone number current

The mobile number on the account receives codes meant for you, so anyone who controls that phone can reach the account. Protect the phone with its own screen lock.

  • Log out on shared devices

Log out on a shared phone or computer. Closing the browser window does not always end a session.

WRONG PASSWORDS

Blocks and the messages that follow them

Repeated wrong passwords can block an account for a set period, and the help centre states the details. Waiting out a block is safer than retrying.

  • Do not keep retrying

Each attempt during a block is a guess, and a guessed password is the risk you are trying to avoid. Wait, then check your password calmly.

  • Ignore login requests in messages

A message asking you to verify your login after a block is a common scam. Use the address you typed yourself.

ACCESS CHECK

Confirm it is really your account

Account takeovers often start with a fake login page or a message that asks for codes. Check the address, the session and the activity before you enter anything.

  • Compare the address

The login address should match the operator's own site. Look for small changes in spelling or in the domain ending.

  • Review recent activity

Check the account history for deposits, withdrawals and bets you do not recognise. Report anything unknown at once.

  • Review open sessions

If your account lists active sessions or devices, end any that you do not recognise.

  • Never share codes

A one-time SMS code is for you alone. Nobody needs it to help you log in, so refuse any request for it.

RECOVERY

Regaining access safely

Recovery should happen only through the operator's own pages. Keep the phone number on the account current so that the operator can reach you.

  • Official pages only

Open any recovery step from the operator's own address. A recovery link sent by message is a request for your details, not a recovery step.

  • Lost phone

If you lose the phone linked to the account, contact support through a channel you confirmed on the operator's site before you go further.

  • Written record

Keep a written record of each request you send and each reply you receive, with dates.

SUPPORT

Support for login problems

Many login problems are solved by checking the password and the address first. For anything else, use the support route on the operator's own site, and keep your messages in one thread.

  • Live chat

A review site lists live chat for Indian users. Confirm that the support page shows it before you rely on it.

  • Email

The help centre lists support@parimatch.in for verification requests. Use it only after you have confirmed the address on the operator's site.

  • Messaging apps

A review lists WhatsApp as a channel. Nobody needs your password to help you, so decline any request for it, whatever app it arrives in.

TRUST

Account habits that protect you

Good login habits are simple. They matter most on a phone that other people can pick up, or on a computer you share.

  • Unique password

Do not reuse a password from another service. A password leaked from one site is a common way accounts get taken over.

  • Deposit limit and session length

Set a deposit limit in your account, and choose your own session length, so that a compromised session has less room to do damage.

  • Responsible tools

Goal.com India reports deposit limits, self-exclusion and reality checks. Set them before a session, not in the middle of one.

  • Age and eligibility

Reported terms bar anyone under 18 from using the service. Check your eligibility before you create or use an account.

QUESTIONS

Login and account security questions

Most answers here are general security advice. Only the verification answer describes the help centre's account screens, so check your own account screens for any change.

Is a password manager safe to use?

It can be, if its own master password is unique and you never share it. Do not keep the operator's password in a note, a chat or a screenshot.

Why should I avoid reusing a password?

A password leaked from another service is a common way accounts get taken over. Use a password you keep for this account only.

Does closing the browser end my session?

Not always. Log out on shared devices and end any session you do not recognise, because closing the window can leave it open.

What if someone else has logged in?

Change the password, end any session you do not recognise and check the account history. Then contact support through a channel confirmed on the operator's site.

Should I send my password to support?

No. Nobody needs your password to help you log in, so a request for it is a warning sign.

Does verification affect the login?

Verification is a separate step for withdrawals. Its documents and status sit under Personal Data, then Account Confirmation.
